1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
By downloading, installing or using the Jogaki application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Jogaki is a mobile platform that allows users to:
- Create and organize sports matches
- Find and join nearby matches
- Manage a user profile with personal information
- Receive notifications about matches and interactions
- Share location to find matches in the area
3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
3.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 12 years old to use the App
- You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential
3.2 Profile Information
- Full name and contact information
- Date of birth
- Nickname (optional)
- Profile picture (optional)
- Location (when enabled)
- Notification preferences
4. PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY
4.1 Location
The App requests access to your location to:
- Find matches near your area
- Allow other users to find you (when enabled)
- Improve the match search experience
You can disable location sharing at any time in the App settings.
4.2 Notifications
The App requests permission to send push notifications to:
- Inform you about new matches in your area
- Updates about matches you take part in
- Interactions from other users
- Reminders for scheduled matches
4.3 Camera and Gallery
The App may request access to the camera and gallery to:
- Take profile pictures
- Select images for the profile
5. USE OF THE SERVICE
5.1 Creating Matches
When creating a match, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about date, time and location
- Correctly specify the contribution amount
- Properly define the required skill level
- Responsibly manage participant sign-ups
5.2 Joining Matches
When joining a match, you agree to:
- Respect the rules set by the organizer
- Show up at the agreed time and place
- Contribute the agreed amount
- Behave respectfully toward other participants
5.3 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or inappropriate activities
- Harass, intimidate or discriminate against other users
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Use the App for spam or unauthorized advertising
6. CONTENT AND LIABILITY
6.1 User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you share
- You grant the App a license to use the content for service purposes
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the shared content
6.2 Limitation of Liability
The App is not responsible for:
- Injuries or accidents during matches
- Disputes between participants
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Indirect damages arising from use of the App
- Cancelled or unheld matches
- Fake or fraudulent matches
- Any kind of involvement with payment or other transactions
- Offensive or discriminatory messages or interactions
- Any kind of activity that violates third-party rights
- Quality, safety or suitability of facilities/venues – The app only connects people; the choice and conditions of the court, field or match venue are the users' responsibility.
- Accuracy of information about the match venue – Incorrect addresses, non-existent or unsafe venues provided by organizers.
- Identity or false information of other users – Fake profiles or people impersonating others, since the app cannot guarantee identity.
- Weather conditions or force majeure – Rain, extreme heat or other events that prevent or hinder the match.
- Theft, loss or damage to belongings at match venues.
- No-shows by participants – Absence of organizers or players, since the app is merely an intermediary.
- Regularity or legality of venues – Irregular venues, without authorization or in private areas used without permission.
- Accuracy of GPS or location – Inaccuracies of the device or the map provider.
- Sanitary or health conditions – Disease transmission or health-related situations during matches.
- Photo or image content – Improper, inappropriate use or use that violates image rights in profile or shared pictures.
- Misuse of shared location – Including safety and privacy issues when the user travels to the match venue.
- Physical or technical fitness – The App does not verify whether the user is physically fit to play the sport; that responsibility lies with the user.
- Quality or delay of notifications – Failure, absence or delay in sending push or email notifications.
- Device compatibility – Issues on specific phone models, operating systems or older versions.
- Misuse of data by third parties – Unauthorized access to user data due to security failures in external systems.
- Decisions made based on App information – User choices based on data such as the indicated skill level.
- Team segregation or selection – How teams are formed or players chosen for positions.
- Sports equipment – Damage or injuries caused by balls, materials or equipment used in matches.
- Transportation to the venue – Accidents or problems while traveling to the court or field.
- Vandalism or violence at the venue – Acts by third parties or between participants outside the App's dynamics.
- External link content – Websites or materials accessed through links shared in the App.
- Discontinuation of features – Removal or change of App features that may affect usage.
- Official sporting events or competitions – Use of the App to organize formal championships or competitions unaffiliated with Jogaki.
- Refund or return of contributions – Disputes over amounts between participants; the App only facilitates the meeting.
- Parental responsibility – Use by minors and supervision by guardians, in accordance with the minimum permitted age.
- Interruption of third-party networks or services – Internet, mobile carrier or map provider failures.
- Use in professional activities – Commercial use (teachers, sports schools, gyms) without express authorization.
- Accessibility conditions – Venues without adaptation for people with disabilities or with restrictions that the App does not control.
7. SECURITY AND DATA
7.1 Data Protection
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We use encryption to protect sensitive information
- Data is stored securely on protected servers
7.2 Information Sharing
Your information may be shared:
- With other users (public profile information only)
- With service providers essential to the App's operation
- When required by law or court order
8. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
8.1 Updates to the Terms
- These terms may be updated periodically
- We will notify you of significant changes
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms

9. TERMINATION

- Does not affect obligations already incurred

- The App is optimized for mobile devices
- Usage may consume your carrier's data
